Welcome to my central hub.
Here's what I'm currently putting out into the world. Hope you enjoy exploring.
Coaching for chronic pain, burnout and exhaustion
The unique needs of those with chronic health concerns are front and centre in my approach to coaching. I believe everyone deserves a life they love living. Join me and learn to approach your body and your life from a grounding of love.
Acoustic guitar driven music for the thinking mind and the feeling heart
My music wears Bono's leather, Patty Griffin's dresses and Ani Difranco's boots. Rooted in the singer songwriter genre, leaning out to country and nursing a dose of pop & rock, it speaks the truth of love from the complex scenes of my life.
Graphic design, copywriting and administrative support for your business.
I have 20 years experience in executive assistance, high level administration and graphic design & copywriting. My specialty is working with medical researchers on research project material and conference posters & presentations.
Beautiful modern surface design for everyday items.
My favourite hobby-turned-business is surface design. I take inspiration from the beauty of flowers and plants and convert them to modern, bold designs that look stunning as wall art, fabric prints and everyday items you have all around you.
